I get so many questions from friends about this “new craze” of meditation. We will demystify it together. A meditation practice is really just mindfully taking time to be with yourself. The hardest part [as with many things you know you should be doing] is actually taking the time to do it. So this is my way to share tips that work for my practice and answer any questions (i.e. Am I doing this right?, What if my nose itches?, WTH is Namaste?, etc.).
